fulltimelover:aysikukedisi:divvida:loveeandmathematics:blushing:dailyloveliness: (via lovelybluepony) I was talking to my Big Gay Husband last night, who teaches some kind of cinema class at some college (wow this is ambiguous), and he was telling me that all the filmmakers in the 50s and 60s would give their stars drinks and cigarettes, merely to have them “doing something” while they talked.  He said it was interesting how many younger people during these times picked up smoking and drinking based on what they perceived to be “cool” from the cinema at the time. And you must admit…you always want to smoke when you watch Godard.
